My gut instinct is that my child may be allergic to the formula we are supplementing the breastfeeding. Just looking for any real life experience you may have in regards to allergic reaction to formula. Specifically - Swollen feet, puffy eyelids, etc…

Obviously, removal of the formula is the best way to prevent the reaction. However, I’m curious how doctors treat babies that do have reactions (zrytec, Benydryl, etc).

I went to the pet store just to look around over the weekend. The only animal I held was a rabbit. I am not allergic to rabbits (I’ve had extensive allergy tests) but for some reason I had a terrible reaction on my way home. The throat began to close up and I could barely breathe!

The only thing I can think of is the bedding at the pet store. It was the gray kind that looked like pellets.

What’s in that stuff? I’d like to know so I can avoid it from now on!

P.S. Bigen, has chemical in it that “may” cause allergic reaction in some people, and just for men doesn’t work either.
