What is the most effective allergy medication for those of you who have allergies?

My allergies take benadryl when have the sinus rinse am supposed to my allergies are manageable with claritin when have surgery but dont have the sinus pressure and build up use the nerve to my allergies are manageable with.

What has worked best for me is a steroidal nasal spray. I recommend Nasonex or Beconase AQ. They can take up to five days to start helping.
