What helps with cedar fever/ spring allergies?

I live in Austin and get really bad cedar fever, I’d like to find a natural allergy medicine (i.e. not Claritin or Benadryl). Anyone have any ideas? What has worked for you?

      I’ve heard that if you eat honey that’s been produced in your local area it will help you build up an immunity to it cos it’s made of the nectar from local plants I suffer from really bad hayfever and this helped me.

      Ask ur doctor about Allegra, Allegra-D, or Nasonex!
