Another thing you can do is keep taking clariton but also at night take benadryl. Also, over the counter eyedrops help a lot. And some eyedrops you can store in the fridge, so when you put them in your eyes it cools them down leaving you feeling better.</description>

		<description>Try some other over the counter medication.  Claritin does not work for me, but Sudafed does.
Wash you hair every night, and also change your pillowcase nightly.  Vacuum once a day or so to keep pollen spores in the house to a minimum.</description>
