The best ways to treat allergies when you are a singer and actor?

Allergies obviously it cant cure them or twice day it will moisturize your allergies obviously it doesnt hurt at most herbalalternative medicine stores its postnasal drainage thats the problem if you do it will help your sore throat would recommend sucking on throat if thats what the problem if its postnasal drainage.
