I have problems at this time of year, sometimes mild, sometimes quite severe. I am just getting over several days of the worst watery nose and eyes I have ever had. Even double dosing on my regular meds did not control it.
I tried nettle extract at regular dosage and seemed to help a little, then I did 3x to 4x and it has stopped. I used nettle extract labelled at 2000mg for 1-2 mls 3 times a day. I went to 4 ml at 4 to 5 times a day. By end of first day better. By end of second day gone.
If you try it, let me know. I am keeping it on hand in case of another attact. My worst time is usually April.

Well I get this problem too. And I also wear contacts every day. Go to CVS Pharmacy, Eckerds, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, or anywhere where they sell eye drops. I got itchy eyes yesterday and bought some drops that really worked. Get some Visine drops. Look for the bottle with the green label. It should say Visine A.C. And in little letters it should say Seasonal itching & redness relief. It really helps! It relieves itching, burning, water eyes due to: pollen, dust, and ragweed. I am reading this straight from the bottle. And also, if you have any pets, after you pet them, go wash your hands with soap and wet a paper towel and wipe your eyes off. My dad is a doctor, and he recommends taking a shower in the morning and at night. And NEVER EVER put contact drops in your eyes for allergies. Like dont put in the ones that re-hydrate or something like that. It BURNS LIKE FIRE! OUCH! Hope this helps! ♥ Check out my questions too please!

You can purchase Hayfever tablets from Hyland Brands. They are all natural, safe, non-addictive, now drowsiness, and I use them on my 7 year old son. You place 3 tabs under your tongue every 4 hours as needed and they work great. You can buy them online by going to Hyland Brands or Vitamin World sells them. They are about $6.95 for 100 tabs. Be careful what you put in your eyes when using contacts.
