      My best idea is for you go to family doctor, and ask to get allery shots, it’s a once a week type of thing, it can varry on the length of taking the shots, ie: 5 weeks, 1 shot per week.

      Ephedra, it helps you to lose weight and increase your stamina in aerobics. Take only for a short period of time. I used to use useless inhalers.
