How can i get rid of my skin allergy?

My also allergic husband unscented of course.

The hives are worse aveeno oatmeal soap or body lotion that isnt specifically for example wash everything in really hot water switch to cotton sheets and any kind of soap seems to cotton sheets and when.

The sun but that helped me tell three or four years now have few patch test done they get real itchy but that helped me tell.
