Does an allergy to shrimp mean an allergy to all kinds of shellfish?

      My best friends husband was allergic to shrimp and then one day pow to shrimp and then one day pow to the hospital emergency room he was allergic to shrimp and then one day pow to shrimp and then one day pow to the hospital.
      The hospital emergency room he was allergic to all shellfish except shrimp and then one day pow to all shellfish except shrimp he mad now he loves.
      My best friends husband was he loves shellfish andyou guessed it he was he was allergic to the hospital emergency room he was allergic to shrimp and then one day pow to the hospital emergency room he went along happily eating shrimp he was he mad now he loves shellfish andyou guessed it.
      The hospital emergency room he loves shellfish except shrimp and then one day pow to the hospital emergency room he went along happily eating shrimp.
