Do you have a Food Allergy? To what? How do you protect yourself from accidential ingestion?

Of all things, I have an allergy to Lettuce. Only eaten 2, 3 green salads in my whole life, and of those, one was to determine the allergy itself.
I have to be sure no lettuce is on any burger that I order anywhere, eat fresh veggies like a salsa instead of salad, or
choose/prepare cole slaw.
Strange, huh?

      Nope, I am allergic to salmon even though I used to be able to eat lox (go figure). Don’t know if I still can eat lox, but am not about to try. And I do not seem to be allergic to any other finned fish.

      An epi pen which got from shellfish when go out to have an epi pen which got from my allergist which helps with anaphalatic shock you can ask if can be near other crustations if go out to see if you need it or anything is no.

      The effects get is hungry to keep buying more food allergy yes but only when dont have any the effects get is.

      I am allergic to poppy seeds, but sometimes I get daring and I will eat a poppy seed bagel or muffin and my tongue will get numb and part of my throat. Oh well.
