I tend to, but everyonce in a while I have to switch to cedaphil or something of the sorts. I dont like it though bc it doesnt get ’soapy’ per se, and I dont feel I get clean. Most scents in the soaps and shampoos are light enough that they dont bother me, but I find very hard to wear perfume or spray. The thing is a lot of people dont realize that they are allergic to it. Or know they are but dont care. But the longer you are not exposed to the allergen, the worse your reactions are (in my experience). For example, when I first learned I was officially allergice to cats, I didnt care, stil let the cat sleep on my head. Well she died like 5 yrs ago, havnt had an indoor cat since. I am ok to pet a cat and wash hands, But I absolutly CANNOT be in a house with indoor cats for even 5 mins today. Will probably never have another cat. Sucks, bc I love cats.
