Taylor G asked:

The past couple days I have had alot of drainage. The pollen count in my area is really high. This morning i woke up and had a little bit of a cough but it is an unproductive cough. Could all this be related to the pollen?

Absolutely. As someone who suffers from environmental as well as food allergies I can tell you that when the pollen season begins I can immediately feel my sinuses start up. Your cough can be a result of post nasal drip. Please check with your doctor to see if you can take any of the over counter allergy decongestant meds, two that I know of are: Claritin-D and Zyrtec. Good luck and hope this helps!

For sure! If you want to be rid of air born allergies for good, take a teaspoon of LOCAL honey each day. Your body will work with the local honey to develop immunities to all the air born irritants around you-like pollen, smog, mold, dust, pet dander and mildew. Stay away from decongestants and anti-histamines-they dry out your body causing sinus and/or kidney complications. Local honey is 100% natural and has no side effects. Cure your allergy problems for good-safely and naturally with LOCAL honey. Like all herbal remedies, it will take a while to become effective because your body is doing a natural thing over time.
