A lot of people don’t begin having allergies until later in life. I didn’t have them until I was 22! Some symptoms are itchy and watery eyes, itchy nose, runny nose, sneezing, sinus congestion and some people get hives. I also had an inner ear thing because of some fluid build-up in there, but I think that’s pretty rare. You can talk to a doctor about if you’re not sure, since these can all be symptoms of other stuff.
Symptoms can be relieved with an over-the-counter drug like Benadryl, Claritin, Sudafed or Chlor-Trimeton. Severe symptoms might require a prescription from a doctor.

Yes you can. I never had allergies in my life, until I found out about 2 years ago that I have allergies, but only seasonal allergies. When the seasons get warm, then I start developing allergies that lead to my occasional sneezing, watery eyes and sinus pressure. I don’t think it makes a difference what age you are. You can get them no matter how young or how old you are.
