Yes. the tree pollen just kills me. I take a nutritional supplement called quercetin. It works for me. Allergies are directley related to the health of our liver. So I would suggest doing a liver cleanse just before springtime or taking some dandelion root to support the liver.

I’m allergic to those things too..I take allergey medicine. Use noise spray, go to the doctor ask them for noise spray for allegries that usually clears them up a little bit. I heard the pollen level is going to go down soon so hold tight.

Yes - it’s bad. I use lots of drugs and tissues (and a little bourbon) to help me feel better.

I don’t know but I wish someone would have a miracle cure. I’m covered in rashes and I could just peel my skin off!

I take care of my neighbor’s garden as well as my own and I’m having a terrible time with allergies. In addition to that, I cut up a century cactus(it bloomed last year) with a chainsaw and discovered that the pulp burns skin! What a year.

EAT LOCAL HONEY!!!! many allergies are controlled by injesting honey grown in the area that you live in. It takes a few weeks, sometimes months to get your system acclimated. It works like a polio vaccine. There’s pollen in the honey and it gets into your system gradually as you build up a resistance. This is good for any outside or inside allergies-mold, pollen, dust and also keeps you from getting colds and flu. an amazing substance!

I used to use a nasal spray called Rhinocort (sp.) I haven’t used it for a while so I can’t remember the exact spelling. I paired it with allegra. My dosing schedule was daily during peak allergy months and as needed the rest of the time. The dosing varies between patients. It seemed to really help me. Now I only take the allergy meds when I am feeling horrible since I have grown out of some of the allergies.

Yes. I live north of Boston and today is awful. Some years Spring allergies don’t bother me, but this year has been bad. I took Alavert this am and it is not helping.

When ever you can heat up water and take in the vapors..
Or if you have a dehumidifier use it…
Take in vapors that help unclog your nasal passage…

YES, big time. I take zyrtec at night. Any allergy medicine should be taken at bed time. It works better through your system.
