I have an allergy against the heat and sun and humidity..I am living in Dubai at the moment and it is very hot…whenever I get out of the A/C, even if for a minute or two, my face starts forming these large red spots andmy chest as well, and my body becomes irritated…these spots are very visible and they last about 20-30 minutes before fading away…how can I cure this?

Consult a dermatologist or move to a cooler country…

The symptoms or like in my case it sounds like urticaria but would have an allergist check you out sometimes over the counter benadryl.
